Participation in retreats, workshops, coaching, movement practices, meditation, wellness activities, and group experiences is voluntary.

Participants understand that wellness activities may include: breathwork, meditation, emotional processing, physical movement, outdoor activities, group discussions, and nervous system regulation practices. Participants are responsible for communicating relevant medical, physical, or psychological concerns before participation.

Mensara Institute is not an emergency medical or psychiatric provider. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, call 911 or contact the Veterans Crisis Line by dialing 988 then Press 1.
SECTION 6 — Payments & Refunds
Specific payment plans, cancellation policies, and refund terms are outlined within individual retreat, event, or program agreements.
